Zash was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island. His parents owned and operated multiple grocery stores throughout his upbringing, exposing him to the service industry very early on.

He has an extensive background in customer service and operations management within a variety of businesses including the restaurant industry, owning and operating a commercial landscape and snow removal franchise business as well as working for PODS moving and storage throughout Central Florida, Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York.

He enjoys talking about business, reading audiobooks, spending time with his wife and 2 children and meeting new people.
